Legislation in South Australia requires worksites to have a Return to Work Coordinator. CSaIM have Injury Management Business Partners that are allocated as Return to Work Coordinators for all of the Catholic Church worksites to meet this legislation. However, you may choose to undergo the training with ReturnToWorkSA.
There are many providers of this training and they can be found through the ReturnToWorkSA website.
CSaIM facilitate quarterly meetings that are available for all coordinators to attend. During these sessions you will be able to learn about any changes to processes, industry themes and legislative updates. These meetings are available to attend in person or online.

Are you new to the Return to Work Coordinator role within the Catholic Church? CSaIM facilitate induction sessions twice per year that will introduce you to how the Catholic Church Endowment Society manages injured workers and helps you understand your role. These sessions will give you a chance to meet the CSaIM staff that you will be liaising with, understand what records need to be kept, and how you can help your injured employees return safely to work.
